No, It is not mandatory to create an account. You can order as a guest as well but it is advisable to create an account first to shop at our website. Once you create your account, kindly login to your account. After Login you can go to Shop and browse through various categories to select your product. Now, carefully select the relevant size required and add to cart all the products you have shortlisted. Once all your products are added to the cart, proceed to check out wherein you will be asked to enter your shipping address. Carefully enter your shipping address and proceed to make payment. Upon making the payment, you shall receive an order number and you shall also get a confirmation email on your registered email address.

No, not all products are returnable. Each product is specifically marked as returnable or non-returnable on the product page under product information.

We offer Easy return (No questions asked) return policy. To return any returnable product, you must raise a return request within the return window (currently 22 days from date of order confirmation) as specified under Return/Refund Page under Customer Support. Once your return request is accepted, a return manifest is created and is sent to you on your registered email. The return manifest can also be downloaded from Returns tab under my account. The return manifest has to be shipped with the product along with the relevant product tags and the product original packaging failing which you shall not be eligible for refund.
In case you wish to exchange a product for a different size, just place another order with a different size and raise a return request for the current product you have.
