Managing Returns has never been as easy with our ease of return policy.


The product can be returned within 22 days from the date of order confirmation with all its original tags intact and original packing.

The product to be returned has to be unworn or unwashed.

In case the returned Product/article does not abide by the above-mentioned conditions, it shall not be refunded.

There are certain articles/products which are not returnable due to hygiene reason and the same can be seen in the product information for each article/product unless it is returned against manufacturing defects. In such a case, please contact customer support or raise a ticket under Customer Support Page.

How to Return:

You can now return the product without any hassle by following these steps:

  • Create a return request here or through the Return/Refund Page or through the order summary sheet in my orders section.
  • Once you complete and submit a return form, you shall receive a return manifest on your email or in your account under my account section which has to be sent along with the product in the return package.
  • Pack the article(s)/product(s) to be returned in a clean, waterproof bag or package along with the return manifest, original tags and original packing.
  • Our delivery partner will collect the packet from your pick-up address on your preferred date and time slot selected while creating the return and will give you a receipt of pick-up which has to be kept safe until you receive a notification from our end via email confirming the receipt the package by the delivery partner.
  • You can check the status of your refund here or through Return/Refund page
  • We shall take around 14 working days to process your return and initiate the refund process. In case, after 14 working days, you do not receive a communication from our end, please feel free to contact us or raise a ticket concerning your return and refund.



All refunds will be initiated within 14 working days once your return manifest is created Refunds will be initiated only if the product returned meets the criteria for return as mentioned above.
All payments made through Credit/Debit Cards or UPI or Cash On Delivery will refunded will be credited to your bank account.

*In case of any discrepancies to the above conditions, Big bear or its affiliate companies or its affiliate brands shall exclusively hold all rights to reject the returned goods and shall submit a proof of rejection of returned goods to the customer for which any amount shall not be refunded.
